What should I do if the Color Picker, Editor, or LAN Controller cannot discover the device?

Check the following:

  • Ensure no firewall rules on the computer or router are blocking traffic
  • Confirm the device and computer are on the same LAN
  • Disable any proxy or VPN on the device
  • Make sure the device screen is unlocked
  • Verify the computer can ping the device

Finally, make sure the device has the Remote Switch enabled.
